摘 要：烘爐的四大因素是負(fù)壓、液化氣流量、風(fēng)門開度和氣化爐液位，烘爐的效果直接影響投科時(shí)間和耐火磚的使用壽命。圍繞這四大因素，對(duì)烘爐時(shí)出現(xiàn)的負(fù)壓波動(dòng)、渣口堵塞、無負(fù)壓、開工抽引器放空處冒濃煙等故障進(jìn)行分析和排查，為氣化爐的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行提供有利條件。
