水煤漿水冷壁氣化爐運(yùn)行和摻燒高灰熔點(diǎn)煤總結(jié)

摘 要：對(duì)目前煤氣化用的各種爐型如水煤漿爐、殼牌爐、航天爐、魯奇爐、流化床爐等進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要的分析對(duì)比，重點(diǎn)介紹水煤漿水冷壁氣化爐的工藝流程、配套的主要設(shè)備、運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)（含摻燒高灰熔點(diǎn)煤）及技術(shù)特點(diǎn)；并就氧耗、煤耗、投資、煤種適應(yīng)性等問題進(jìn)行了探討；還提出了存在不足之處和下一步工作的建議。

Summary operation of coal-water slurry water wall gasifier with high ash fusion temperature coal

Abstract：This paper analyses and compares all kinds of gasifier in coal gasification，such as coal-water slurry gasifier，Shell gasifier，Space gasifier，Lurgi gasifier，fluidized bed fluidized bed and so on，intensively introduces technological process，main equipments，operation data （including add high ash fusion temperature coal），and technical feature of coal-water slurry water wall gasifier.It also discusses the following questions，for example，oxygen consumption，coal consumption，investment，adaptability of coal.At last，it proposes its deficiencies and suggestion in future.
