摘 要：簡(jiǎn)述了日處理煤30t的單噴嘴水冷壁粉煤氣化中試裝置試燒北宿煤、鮑店煤、田壩煤和南屯煤的過程。通過試燒，確定了各煤種的氣化爐操作溫度、氧煤比及掛渣情況，對(duì)試燒過程中出現(xiàn)的主要技術(shù)問題和解決方法進(jìn)行了分析總結(jié)，并對(duì)中試裝置在硬件上的不足進(jìn)行了改造。

Conclusion on the Study of Different Varieties of Coals in Pulverized Coal Gasifier with Water Cooling Wall

Abstract：The pilot experimental process of trial burning Beisu coal，Baodian coal，Tianba coal and Nantun Coal in a 30 t／d single-nozzle pulverized coal gasifier with water cooling wall is briefed. The operating temperature，coal-oxygen ratio and adhering slag of different varieties of coals have been observed.By working out solutions to the major technological problems occurred，improvements have been made on the pilot plant accordingly.

水煤漿氣化及煤化工國家工程研究中心承擔(dān)了“十一五”國家高技術(shù)研究發(fā)展計(jì)劃（863計(jì)劃）項(xiàng)目的“高灰熔點(diǎn)煤加壓氣流床氣化”課題，建成日處理煤30t的單噴嘴水冷壁粉煤氣化中試裝置，先后進(jìn)行了兗礦集團(tuán)北宿煤、鮑店二號(hào)動(dòng)力煤、混配煤、貴州田壩煤和兗礦集團(tuán)南屯煤的試燒，取得不同煤種的優(yōu)化運(yùn)行參數(shù)，摸索出氣化爐對(duì)不同煤種的適應(yīng)性，形成了具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的水冷壁粉煤氣化技術(shù)。
