摘 要：計(jì)算閥門關(guān)閉到位時(shí)間長對系統(tǒng)的影響，根據(jù)裝置實(shí)際情況，選擇一臺造氣爐進(jìn)行縮短關(guān)閉到位時(shí)間的改造，并介紹改造后的效果。

安徽晉煤中能化工股份有限公司有兩套固定床間歇式造氣爐用于合成氨生產(chǎn)，1#系統(tǒng)有22臺造氣爐，其中7臺氣化煤棒。2#系統(tǒng)有11臺造氣爐，日產(chǎn)氨醇1500 t。造氣爐為φ2800 mm直筒造氣爐，配套C600-1.28風(fēng)機(jī)。
