摘 要:以實(shí)例介紹管道設(shè)備積灰阻力增加,洗滌塔及氣柜進(jìn)口水封堵阻力增加,潛熱系統(tǒng)負(fù)壓過(guò)低吹風(fēng)阻力增加,油壓過(guò)低或掉壓致閥門動(dòng)作緩慢或不動(dòng)作致阻力增加,閥門故障致阻力增加,自動(dòng)加焦炭層控制過(guò)高工藝不合理致系統(tǒng)阻力增加等導(dǎo)致的憋壓,對(duì)癥下藥,排除系統(tǒng)中非正常增加的阻力,維持造氣爐正常運(yùn)行,保障全廠生產(chǎn)的安全高效平穩(wěn)。

The Reasons and Treatments of the Common Pressureout Problem in Fixed Bed Gasification

Abstract: Take the actual examples to explain the pressureout reasons in the fixed bed gasification unit,the reasons include the pipeline equipment fouling increasing resistance,the water seal plugging of scrubber and gas holder imports increasing resistance,low negative pressure in latent heat system increasing air blow gas resistance,and valves slow action or non-action caused by low oil pressure or pressure sudden drop increasing resistance.Take the right measures to eliminate abnormal increased resistance in the unit to maintain normal operation of the gasifier.
