摘 要:殼牌煤氣化裝置采用控制氧煤比的方式來(lái)控制氣化爐爐膛溫度和合成氣組分,并以此實(shí)現(xiàn)氣化爐的液態(tài)排渣。介紹了殼牌氣化爐內(nèi)的反應(yīng)原理和氧煤比的5種控制方式;簡(jiǎn)述了氧煤比控制的原理與方法,分析了氧煤比控制過(guò)程中存在的不足之處。結(jié)果表明,殼牌煤氣化工藝的氧煤比控制系統(tǒng)技術(shù)先進(jìn),理念超前,可以滿足裝置連續(xù)穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)的需要。

Abstract:Mode controlling oxygen/coal ratio was used in the Shell coal gasification plant to control the temperature inside chamber of gasifier and the synthetic gas constituent and to realize the sludge discharge in liquid state for the gasifier on this account.
