摘 要：根據(jù)氣化爐耐火襯里在運行過程中出現(xiàn)的問題，從煤質(zhì)、操作、磚形等方面對其損壞機理進行分析，找到了解決方案，并在實踐中得以驗證，解決了制約系統(tǒng)高效穩(wěn)定運行的瓶頸問題。
