多噴嘴對(duì)置式粉煤水冷壁加壓氣化技術(shù)的開(kāi)發(fā)與應(yīng)用

摘 要：多噴嘴對(duì)置式粉煤水冷壁氣化技術(shù)由水煤漿氣化及煤化工國(guó)家工程研究中心、華東理工大學(xué)和中國(guó)天辰工程有限公司共同研發(fā)而成。該裝置生產(chǎn)能力大，煤種適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，可使用高灰熔點(diǎn)的煤種；與耐火磚氣化爐相比，每年可減少40d的耐火磚更換時(shí)間；爐殼承受高壓，水冷壁承受高溫，以渣抗渣，實(shí)現(xiàn)水冷壁氣化爐的長(zhǎng)周期運(yùn)行。
