多噴嘴對(duì)置式水煤漿加壓氣化裝置水系統(tǒng)處理及運(yùn)行建議

摘 要:概述多噴嘴對(duì)置式水煤漿加壓氣化工藝以及水質(zhì)特點(diǎn),闡述煤氣化系統(tǒng)水處理機(jī)理。根據(jù)近7年的實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況,分析了煤氣化裝置水系統(tǒng)結(jié)垢、絮凝的影響因素,提出煤氣化裝置長(zhǎng)周期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的建議。

Abstract:A summary is given of the multi-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry pressurized gasification process and water quality features,and the water treatment mechanism is put forth of the coal gasification system.Based on the actual operation for nearly 7 years,the influencing factors are analyzed of the scaling of the water system of the coal gasifier and flocculation,and proposals are put forward for long-term stable operation of the coal gasifier.
