幾種煤氣化技術(shù)的先進(jìn)性與適用性分析

摘 要：以褐煤為原料，對(duì)幾種煤氣化技術(shù)即殼牌粉煤氣化技術(shù)、航天爐粉煤氣化技術(shù)、GSP氣化技術(shù)、BGL氣化技術(shù)和五環(huán)爐氣化技術(shù)的先進(jìn)性及適用性進(jìn)行分析；提出在褐煤的干燥和輸送能夠滿(mǎn)足工業(yè)運(yùn)行的前提下，優(yōu)先推薦選用粉煤氣流床激冷流程氣化技術(shù)，符合現(xiàn)代煤氣化技術(shù)發(fā)展方向；氣化爐設(shè)置應(yīng)該考慮多爐互備運(yùn)行。

Analysis of Advancement and Applicability of Several Gasification Technologies

Abstract: Taking the lignite as the raw material for example，analyze advancement and applicability for several gasification technologies which are Shell pulverized coal gasification，HT-L coal gasification，BGL coal gasification and WH gasification technology. Under the premise of lignite drying and conveying being able to meet the industry operation requirements，recommend firstly using of pulverized coal entrained flow bed gasification technology with quenching process，and the gasification unit should be equipted with more gasifiers for backup. This choice is in the line with direction of modern coal gasification technology development.

近年來(lái)，我國(guó)石化產(chǎn)業(yè)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，2010年全行業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)總產(chǎn)值8.88萬(wàn)億元，同比增長(zhǎng)34.1%。“十二五”期間，我國(guó)仍將處于工業(yè)化和城鎮(zhèn)化加快發(fā)展的重要階段，石化產(chǎn)品國(guó)內(nèi)需求旺盛，將推動(dòng)石化產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。但是，我國(guó)石油對(duì)外依存度不斷增加，獲取原油資源難度逐步加大，人們開(kāi)始更多關(guān)注煤炭深加工形成的化工產(chǎn)品。
煤化工是我國(guó)化學(xué)工業(yè)的重要組成部分，煤化工行業(yè)的發(fā)展對(duì)于緩解我國(guó)石油、天然氣等優(yōu)質(zhì)能源供需矛盾，促進(jìn)鋼鐵、化工、輕工和農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展起到了必要的補(bǔ)充作用。我國(guó)煤炭資源相對(duì)豐富，為科學(xué)合理、高效利用煤炭資源，保障國(guó)家能....
