摘 要：在檢修Shell煤氣化爐時，發(fā)現(xiàn)耐火襯里有大面積脫落現(xiàn)象。針對這一問題，從耐火襯里的成分及性能、運行過程中的操作情況等多方面進(jìn)行分析，找出可能造成反應(yīng)段耐火襯里損傷脫落的主要原因，并提出了較為完善的修補(bǔ)措施。經(jīng)過修補(bǔ)后，Shell煤氣化爐運行情況良好，停車檢修未發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯損傷。
