多噴嘴對(duì)置式水煤漿加壓氣化爐拱頂耐火磚蝕損機(jī)理及應(yīng)對(duì)措施分析

摘 要:分析了多噴嘴對(duì)置式水煤漿加壓氣化爐拱頂耐火磚蝕損的主要機(jī)理,即爐內(nèi)流場(chǎng)分布規(guī)律決定了拱頂部位是耐火磚的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),氣化爐設(shè)計(jì)尺寸、對(duì)應(yīng)操作壓力、負(fù)荷、工藝噴嘴裝配尺寸是主要影響因素。從設(shè)備、操作、管理等方面總結(jié)了避免拱頂耐火磚蝕損過(guò)快的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。目前,拱頂耐火磚累計(jì)使用周期已超過(guò)8000 h。
