摘 要：闡述了刮板式撈渣機(jī)在Shell煤氣化裝置運(yùn)行中存在的鑄石襯板脫落，驅(qū)動(dòng)鏈卡鏈、跳鏈、斷鏈，2套圓環(huán)鏈因受力不均而出現(xiàn)刮板與殼體刮、卡、碰現(xiàn)象，箱體變形等問題，并對(duì)出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析探討。提出了相應(yīng)的整改措施，即改進(jìn)襯板結(jié)構(gòu)、改單側(cè)驅(qū)動(dòng)為雙側(cè)驅(qū)動(dòng)、加固箱體等，提高了撈渣機(jī)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定性，延長了運(yùn)行周期。
