摘 要：非熔渣－熔渣分級(jí)氣化爐又名清華爐，是我國具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的新型水煤漿氣化爐，具有燒嘴使用壽命長，爐磚磨蝕均勻，爐膛高徑比大，有效氣含量高等特點(diǎn)，陽煤豐喜臨猗分公司為國內(nèi)首套運(yùn)行裝置，積累了一定的運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Introduction of NSSC Gasifier and its Operation in Methanol Converted into Urea Unit

Abstract: NSSC gasifier is also known as Tsinghua gasifier, and it is a new coal-water slurry gasifier with independent intellectual property rights in China. The characteristics of the furnace are long-life burners, uniform abrasion of furnace bricks, large ratio of height to diameter, and high content of effective gas etc. Linyi Branch company as the first plant to run the gasifier, has accumulated some operating experience.
