摘 要：灰融聚CAGG流化床粉煤氣化技術(shù)是我國具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的新型煤氣化技術(shù)。介紹了該技術(shù)的氣化原理、技術(shù)特點以及CAGG氣化爐的結(jié)構(gòu)特點；分別闡述了常壓和加壓灰融聚煤氣化裝置的工藝流程、氣化指標(biāo)、“三廢”排放處理和裝置投資情況；結(jié)果表明，新型CAGG灰融聚流化床粉煤氣化技術(shù)適宜于中小型化肥、化工裝置的氣頭改造以及燃料氣、焦?fàn)t氣制甲醇補碳、煤焦油加氫項目的氫源提供等項目。
