摘 要：簡(jiǎn)述了殼牌粉煤氣化裝置的工藝流程；分析了該裝置運(yùn)行2年來(lái)出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題及原因；提出了相應(yīng)的技改方案及應(yīng)對(duì)措施；總結(jié)了技改效果。結(jié)果表明，隨著對(duì)殼牌煤氣化技術(shù)的消化吸收和再創(chuàng)新，龍宇煤化工有限公司的煤氣化裝置長(zhǎng)周期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的天數(shù)已逐步提高。
