摘 要：簡(jiǎn)述Shell粉煤氣化裝置開車運(yùn)行中粉煤三通閥出現(xiàn)開關(guān)不到位、閥塞和閥座卡死的問(wèn)題，介紹粉煤三通閥的工作原理、結(jié)構(gòu)和故障分析以及國(guó)產(chǎn)化改進(jìn)后的粉煤三通閥的使用情況和技術(shù)特點(diǎn)。實(shí)踐證明，國(guó)產(chǎn)化改進(jìn)有效解決了Shell粉煤氣化在投煤過(guò)程中粉煤三通閥出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題，保障了裝置的長(zhǎng)周期安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。
