摘 要：主要介紹了自動控制技術(shù)在氮肥企業(yè)UGI固定層氣化爐炭層高度控制中的應(yīng)用。該技術(shù)由液壓傳動設(shè)備驅(qū)動的自動探焦器和配套編制的微機程序組成，能自動監(jiān)測炭層高度，并由炭層高度變化趨勢自動控制氣化爐加炭量，改變了過去人工探焦和加煤的方式，實現(xiàn)了氣化爐長周期穩(wěn)定運行，降低了單位產(chǎn)品綜合能耗，減少了放空帶來的環(huán)境污染，具有較好的經(jīng)濟效益。
