摘 要:目前我國(guó)干煤粉熔渣氣化裝置較多,其生產(chǎn)過(guò)程受煤中灰分穩(wěn)定性的影響較大。分析了煤灰的組分、性質(zhì)以及灰熔性特征溫度對(duì)氣化效果的影響;采用Ashizawa等和戴愛(ài)軍等回歸的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式或多元相圖對(duì)煤的灰熔點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了較為準(zhǔn)確的預(yù)測(cè);研究了煤灰分的黏結(jié)性、微量組成、黏溫曲線和臨界溫度等對(duì)煤氣化裝置運(yùn)行操作的影響。
